Installing License

WinAgents TFTP Server can work in one of the following license modes:

• Trial Mode - mode, aimed to testing the product by the user. After the program is installed, the server works in this mode until the 30-day trial period is expired. This mode does not restrict the number of files, transmitted simultaneously.
• Free Mode - after the 30-day trial period is expired, the server moves to Free Mode. In this mode the product functions fully, but only two files can be transmitted by the server simultaneously.
• Standard Mode - standard mode of the server work requires activation by license key. In this work mode the server allows to transmit up to 50 files simultaneously.
• Enterprise Mode - work mode of the server on enterprise scale. As well as standard work mode, this mode is enabled with help of license key. In this mode the number of files, transmitted simultaneously, is limited only by performance of the server's hardware platform. The exact number of simultaneous sessions depends on the bandwidth of the channel, hardware platform performance, protocol parameters settings (TFTP blocksize, TFTP timeout). WinAgents TFTP Server, working in Enterprise mode can transmit and receive simultaneously up to several thousands of files.

After you purchase WinAgents TFTP Server license you get the product license key by e-mail. License key has the following format: XXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX- XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. To install license on the server, please, make the following:

1. Connect to the server with WinAgents TFTP Server Manager.
2. Open Install License window by the command Help->Licensing:
3. The program will display dialog window, containing information on the current license mode.
4. Click the button Install License Key to install the key on the server. In the displayed dialog enter the key and user's name. Click OK

The program will confirm the key installation.
